KRAFTY ON THE BLOCK SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to the Block! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days.

During new product releases, high-volume drops, sales, and holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier and does not include carrier transit time.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking after your package has been accepted.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Krafty on the Block is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or been shipped.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times and delays are outside of our direct control. Carrier delays may occur, particularly during holidays, severe weather, or other high-volume periods.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information.

If you still need assistance, contact Krafty on the Block and we’ll help with the information available to us.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned to Krafty on the Block because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.
