Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3 business days or sooner depending on the volume of orders. Krafty on the BLOCK LLC. processes all orders using the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. Priority/Free Shipping orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays will be processed the next business day.

After your order has shipped, please allow 2-3 business days on standard shipping and international shipping 7-20 business days (not including holidays and weekends).

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. Shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you refuse any shipments from Bridal Bayou, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please triple check your mailing and billing address prior to submitting your payment.

PRIORITY & FREE SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

If ordering within the continental U.S, your order should be received within 7 to 10 business days. Once your order has left our store, we will then send out an email to you with your tracking information. Please allow 24 hours after the item has left, to track your package online with USPS.

OVERNIGHT & EXPRESS SHIPPING PROCESSING TAKES 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.

If your order is placed Monday – Thursday by 5PMM EST, your order will be shipped the next day. You can expect to receive your item the next day; unless you live in a 2-day area. (Contact your local UPS to check your area).

  • Overnight and Express orders cannot be shipped to P.O Box address.
  • Orders received after 5PM EST and Friday through Sunday will begin to process on our next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • International Express Shipping 6 to 10 Business Days
  • International Priority Shipping 10 to 21 Business Days

You're responsible for all customs and duties fees. The Kraft Shoq Co. does not anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office, or U.S. Postal Service branch office, to find out what types of fees you can expect.

UNVERIFIABLE ADDRESSES

Should we have problems verifying your address using the USPS tracking system, your order processing may be delayed. Please use the same formatting that the USPS uses when delivering your mail. Include apartment or suite Numbers and always make sure you are using the correct zip code and city.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at info@kraftyontheblock.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it. We inspect every single item that comes through our warehouse to try to avoid such issues as much as possible.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Krafty on the BLOCK LLC. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS directly. We do NOT issue refunds or replacements due to mail carrier related issues.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If your package is refused or returned from USPS, you're responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship the package. Krafty on the BLOCK LLC.. does not issue refunds nor reimburses shipping fees.
