Krafty on the BLOCK LLC, has a NO REFUND policy.

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS! 

Majority of our items are handmade so they may occasionally have flaws. 

Damages and issues

As stated in our shipping and delivery policy, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damage must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery of your order.

Please send your name and order number to info@kraftyontheblock.com in the case that you receive an order that is damaged.
